ARK Invest buys $5 million worth of Bullish stock after listing on the New York Stock Exchange.

ARK Invest of Cathie Wood continues to increase its bet on the digital asset exchange Bullish after the exchange listed on the NYSE under the ticker BLSH, purchasing over 5 million USD worth of shares through three ETF funds. Specifically, ARKK bought 72,537 shares, ARKW bought 21,354, and ARKF bought 11,122 shares. Previously, in mid-October, ARK spent 8.27 million USD to buy Bullish shares, after previously investing around 172 million USD when the exchange launched with a valuation of 1.1 billion USD.

Bullish shares rose 1.24% to 50.57 USD on Friday. Backed by Block.one and led by CEO Tom Farley, Bullish recently held its launch event in the US after being granted a BitLicense and money transmission license in New York. Since its launch in 2021, the exchange has processed over 1.5 trillion USD in transactions and is currently among the top 10 largest exchanges by Bitcoin and Ether volume.
